With Congress alleging vendetta over alleged irregularities in Vadra deal, Haryana CM Khattar has hit back saying that investigation does not mean conviction. Meanwhile, Dhingra Commission has also been given extension as the panel cited need to probe more documents. Justice S N Dhingra Commission, who is probing grant of land licences to some companies including that of Robert Vadra's in Gurgaon, said he sought more time to submit the report in order to go through fresh documents from a person stating "that they are papers of benami transactions of who benefitted from the licence."
