Ocean was tasked by Funimation with dubbing the hugely popular Dragonball Z to the west, and in order to do so Funi had to make some changes. Funimation censored Vegeta's and Nappa's initial entrance when they arrive on planet earth, ensuring they made it clear that no one was harmed!
