As per the latest news on Times Now, the Election Commission of India (ECI) on Friday assigned the Shiv Sena emblem to the organisation, which was a significant victory for the Eknath Shinde campaign. The Shinde group will continue to use the party names 'Shiv Sena' and the 'Bow and Arrow"' insignia, according to the ECI. Incidentally, since Shinde became the chief minister of Maharashtra in June of last year, both the Shinde and Uddhav Thackeray factions have fought over the party's name and logo.
