I was disheartened to learn that my sports action camera from Cason did not record audio when I used it to do motovlogging.

But I found out a full proof program to get the problem sorted out with step by step guidance for my visitors .

The old cason cs6 camera software needs to be updated and for that you can contact the customer care number at 8850166377

They will send you a updated software file

(The file for upgrading the camera is also available on my Telegram channel at drjyotiprasad)

Format your memory card on the camera and then copy the file and paste it on the memory card.

then when you switch on the camera it will prompt you for updating. Select YES.

it will take hardly 5 minutes and your camera firmware will be updated.

after updating the camera will behave like a new camera and you must edit your date and time settings.

After updating is complete, format your memory card.

after updating when you scroll down to the microphone tab you will have two options 1. built in and 2. external, so when you are doing blogging select the external mic and you will have crystal clear audio.

I used a very cheap microphone for this test and is cost me about 150 to 200 rupees and I am glad the audio is crisp and much much better.

I can now go out and do motovlogging very easily.
