Curtis B.: Technician: See # O , in the carburetor breakdown, did you remove it and clean the small holes in it?
Curtis B.: Technician: Do you have a full flow of fuel to the carburetor inlet?
JustAnswer Customer: I just took carburetor off and removed #0.
JustAnswer Customer: on visual inspection part look brand new and clear of all debris.
JustAnswer Customer: I sprayed it with carburetor cleaner and put everything back together.
JustAnswer Customer: same results.mower will briefly start with starter fluid.
JustAnswer Customer: I know that I'm getting fuel to the bowl but I don't know how to check if I'm getting fuel to the carburetor inlet.
JustAnswer Customer: I can send picture of whatever needed.
Curtis B.: Technician: Remove the fuel line, and remove the needle valve, and use carburetor cleaner to blow from the needle passage to the inlet hose connection.
JustAnswer Customer: I've completed all of this.
JustAnswer Customer: On inspection of #P there looked to be some blockage in small hole.
JustAnswer Customer: I took a straitened staple and removed the blockage.
JustAnswer Customer: After reassembling carburetor, the mower started and continued to run!
JustAnswer Customer: It's back from the dead, however, it runs pretty ruff like the air/fuel mixture is off.
JustAnswer Customer: I don't know how to make changes to this.
JustAnswer Customer: I'm going to go run it for a will to see if it self-corrects.
JustAnswer Customer: I'll let you know what happens.
Curtis B.: Technician: OK
JustAnswer Customer: For some reason the choke flap won't open so it run ruff.
JustAnswer Customer: When I use a screwdriver to push the rod that controls it back, the RPMs increase and it runs better.
JustAnswer Customer: It sort of stays there and will run.not as smoothly as it did in the past, but I can cut the yard.
JustAnswer Customer: Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
JustAnswer Customer: It starts consistently now, which does fix the initial problem.
Curtis B.: Technician: It has a piece of linkage to the choke lever, from the temperature control, sound like you may have bent the rod, or is in wrong hole, check the linkage, to the choke lever and adjust.
Curtis B.: Technician: Please rate to close the question and get me credit!
Curtis B.: Technician: Thanks.
JustAnswer Customer: I had the choke lever handle on the wrong side of the linkage which wouldn't allow the lever to open up.
JustAnswer Customer: It's back to normal now.
JustAnswer Customer: Much obliged.
Curtis B.: Technician: Thanks!
