1.my redmi 3s prime has locked boot loader
2.oem unlock is not enabled when the device got shut down and stuck at mi logo
3.customer service is telling that the device is not taking flash so need to change the motherboard.
4.watching youtube video while the device hanged and rebooted it self to a stuck mi logo
