This will at least get you home!
My tyres already have stans in them but I carry a spare bottle as well.
You will need-
Patches/park tool/lizard skins/scabs
Superglue
Cloth or tissue paper
Valve extender
Modified valve extender(deeper rims)
Piece of flexible tube to connect the stans to the valve extender
Clean the area of the tyre and check for any debris that could still be in there.
Pinch the tyre and put a blob of glue in the hole, wait a little then add more to the whole area.
Let dry, then add more glue and put a patch over it.
You can set it faster by putting water on it,then let dry hard before riding,if the suns out then your very lucky!
You may need to add more stans!
If so make sure your vittoria valve is easy to undo, that's why I use the pliers,be careful here! It was undone before I fitted them so easy to undo!
Don't pump the tyre up too hard to get you home! 60-80 psi will do!
Although I have had a repair that has held at 130.
Tubs are easier to seal than clinchers,so were just filling and sealing the hole, the stans seals the rest!!
If you take your time and its done correct this will get you HOME!!
Take care, don't ride on a very badly cut or damaged tyre it could cause injury or even death! Just covering myself here! This is just filling a tiny puncture hole not a torn tyre!!
Discard if its really badly torn/ripped!
Also always carry a spare tubular tyre to! Fold it up really tight and strap under your saddle rails or alternatively carry it in an old water bottle.
Hope this has/will help lots of people!
You don't always have to rip off your tubulars and put the spare on! Give this a go first!!
