100 Days of just sticking on to one meal a day for health and happiness
Went from 205 to 170 in 100 days.
A1C came down from 8.1 (Pre Diabetic) to 5.8 (Normal)
Blood sugar levels went down from 233 to 120
Energy Crashes are gone
