In less than a year, Gazit Horizons has developed a 1,100 unit inventory of Class A residential apartments built or scheduled to be built in south Florida. AER Tampa is the second residential project Gazit has announced this month, after the earlier announcement of the 504-unit Brickell Gateway project in Miami, Florida, and the third residential project in the last year, after the acquisition of the 364-unit Maizon building in Miami in June 2021. Gazit’s residential pipeline in Florida now represents over USD 700 million of stabilized value, all in new construction, class A buildings in urban locations featuring high end residential amenities, ample parking, and urban walkable locations.
