First test to pump a Dye laser with a TEA CO2 Laser ?
Yes, i make a hot SiO2 linear plasma on a quartz dye cell .
This plasma produce UV to visible continuum (like a black bodie) to pump the dye cell dimension 1mm x 22mm long.
Actually i have not obtained the dye laser emission!
After some modification i think i will have a laser dye emission !
