After the Fact: The Philippines is set to acquire supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles, which will make it only the third Southeast Asian country to have such capability. Considered the world’s fastest, the Brahmos cruise missiles, developed by India and Russia, can’t be intercepted by any know weapons system in the world at present. AFP Spokeman Col.
