Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has been formally indicted and charged with first-degree murder. A grand jury charged Mangione with ten other counts including one “in furtherance of terrorism.” NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
