Based on recommendations from my favourite local, George, I tried to eat my way through 3 local restaurants near the Athens Central Market. I don’t know that I could have found these without his recommendations!

Each one was different and showed off a different aspect of Greek food, from fresh seafood to a hundred-year-old taverna, I got to try some of the best of what Greece has to offer near the Athens Central Market.
