I'm done with Disney+. After learning about their response to a tragic incident, I can't support them anymore. Dr. Kanokporn Tangsuan tragically lost her life due to severe anaphylaxis caused by dairy and nut exposure at Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney World. Despite clearly communicating her allergens, this happened.

According to a Forbes article, Dr. Tangsuan's husband, Jeffrey Piccolo, filed a lawsuit against Disney for just $50,000—an insignificant amount compared to Disney's $89 billion revenue in 2023. But Disney's response? They claim they're just "landlords" and hold no responsibility.

To make matters worse, Disney's legal team argues Piccolo can't sue because he had a trial subscription to Disney+ and agreed to their terms of service. Really, Disney?

Forbes reports that Piccolo's legal team is taking a stand against this entertainment giant. As for me, I'm taking a stand with my wallet. I can't justify paying for a service from a company with such questionable ethics.
