I had been in Georgia for over a month and was still yet to visit its capital city of Tbilisi. I had heard many good things about the city from travellers heading in the opposite direction to me, most of whom had recommended Envoy Hostel as the place to stay. I had no idea just how much time I would end up staying there.

On my first day in the city, I head out on a random exploration of the area close to the hostel but end up quite a distance away! I knew from day one I was going to love Tbilisi.

Join me as I encounter for the first time what would become one of my favourite European cities.
