A unique way to draw attention to civic apathy. A Class 2 girl dressed up as Durga during Navratri walked on a road full of potholes in Karnataka’s Hubballi. She did this in an effort to draw attention to the bad condition of roads in the area. Dressed as Durga, she crossed a road full of potholes which are filled with puddles of rainwater. She also stood in the middle of one such pothole which was filled with muddy water. Watch this video to know more.
