President Obama launched military strikes on Libya, on Saturday, without Congressional authorization, and yet, during a Presidential campaign speech in Clinton Iowa - on September 12, 2007 - he warned George. W. Bush and Dick Cheney not to attack Iran without Congressional authorization.
"We hear eerie echoes of the run-up to the war in Iraq in the way the President and the Vice President talk about Iran," said Obama. "Well, George Bush and Dick Cheney must hear loud and clear from the American People and Congress, 'You do not have our support and you do not have our authorization to launch another war'!"
