One of the questions I get asked the most when I live stream Football Manager is how to develop youngsters. In this beginners guide to FM16 tutoring I try to answer that question.

This guide is aiming to give new Football Mangers a decent introduction on how to develop and tutor youngsters, if you are an experienced FM16 veteran it will probably not teach you much new stuff. If that's the case feel free to use the comment section to share your own experiences on the subject and help booth me and the viewers become better Football Managers.

Since the game starts with a lot of youngsters already loaned out my examples is not the best, also I only tutor them once. But I still think this guide will help you develop wounderkids and future starts in Football Manager 2016.
