The principle of the filling machine:

The computerized quantitative filling machine is composed of a feeding system, a weighing system, a frame, a pneumatic control, a control system, and an unpowered raceway.

Feeding method: continuous and stable feeding is required (using feed pump or hopper for pressurized feeding)

The feeding mechanism uses solenoid valves to perform fast and slow feeding respectively through cylinders.

Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting submerged filling (choose when ordering according to needs)

The weighing system consists of weighing brackets, sensors, weighing platform equipped with unpowered rollers and frame support and filling system.

Pneumatic control system: control fast and slow feeding valve.

The weighing platform is not allowed to be subjected to additional external forces during use.
