Watering of eyes or Epiphora is a condition where lacrimal system of the eye is blocked at any point which causes the tears to overflow from the eye. Syringing of the lacrimal duct usually flushes out minor debris and reinstates the drainage but repeated traumatic syringing can lead to punctal or ductal fibrosis with repeated epiphora. Such conditions are best treated by Endoscopic DCR and Lacrimal stenting which is placed for weeks to months to keep the ducts patent
