Will our 2,000 mile detour to the Kalahari be worth it?
When looking at the map, we can't help but feel a bit apprehensive about our decision to drive across the African continent to see one animal. However, the journey to the Kalahari Desert in Botswana has been worth it in itself. The Toyota trucks are performing great and hopefully continue to along these offroad, sandy, African roads.
A new country, new faces, and a new opportunity to check off another bucket list item are waiting.
