How to use intuitive eating as a tool to help you tune in more into your body and know which foods may be causing inflammation, bloating and pelvic discomfort. Food affects us on every level and being mindful of what we put into our body is just as important as doing your daily strengthening workouts. Today I brought my friend Berleena who is an integrative health coach focusing on intuitive eating and helping women break free from dieting, and she will be sharing her best tips and answering the following questions:
1. What is the difference between following a diet and eating intuitively?
2. How can you tell the difference between intuitively eating and craving? If you are constantly cravings certain foods, does that mean you just have to eat them because your body is asking for them?
3. For people who are trying to reduce inflammation and eat the foods that their bodies need, how can they use intuitive eating to notice how their bodies are reacting to certain foods so they can avoid them? And how do you avoid these foods without feeling deprived?
4. For people who are trying hard to follow a healthy nutrition but they don’t seem to be able to, either because of family pressure or they are busy, what tips do you suggest to help them stick to their healthy eating.
