Few days ago, the Western Railway started running additional trains. It is good to see more and more trains coming back on the tracks.
Video 1 - The Mumbai Central - Ahmedabad Double Decker COVID-19 Special races past Dadar at a great speed making lovely track sounds. It was hauled by a Vadodara shed (BRC) WAP-7 (30569) and was just 9 coaches (7 coaches and 2 EOGs). This is the shortest rake that this train has ever got.
Video 2 - A little more than an hour later, the Mumbai Central - Ahmedabad IRCTC Tejas Express speeds past Prabhadevi (Elphinstone Road) at 100 kmph hauled by a BRC WAP-7 (30606).
It was great to see these two Ahmedabad bound trains at full speed in Mumbai, just a few kilometres from their origin.
