Removing a "Locked" screen that was installed on a customer laptop by a tech support scammer. Due to a major coincidence (the customer had just signed up for Sky broadband and was having issues, and the scammer claimed to be from Sky), she unfortunately fell for their initial phone call and allowed them to connect to her computer using TeamViewer. During that process, the scammer installed software that locked her laptop.
