DCT#196 - Level Up Your Training With Liquid Chalk!
I love starting training with liquid chalk and then using a chalk block as the session continues, mainly because I love the grip liquid chalk gives me but then a chalk block is more accessible during a workout because the liquid chalk needs to be 100% dry before you try gripping anything!
