Mango season is here and so is the making of Pickles. Tastemakers are very important when it comes to enjoying the food with freinds and family. If it's Andhra Pickle ,it's amazing. Tastes so good with ghee rice and Bangan Palli Mango.
Ingredients:
500 GM's Raw Mango
25 GM's Mustard Powder
25 GM's Red Chilli Powder
35 GM's Salt
10 GM's Fenugreek Seeds
100 ml Refined Oil
Method:
Wash ,dry Mangoes. Cut off the caps. Cut into your desired size. Remove seeds and anything paper like. Add all ingredients, mix well. It's ready with in 5-6 days although you can enjoy it fresh too.
Keep it in earthen pot. It looks good.
