Heat the cooker
Add Mustard oil 4-5tbsp
Asafoetida -1 pinch
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Black Cardamom
1 Javitri
1 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Bay Leaves
2 Green Chilli
2 finely Chopped Onions
Stir it until golden brown
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
Stir it continuously on low medium flame
2 small tomatoes or 1 Big
paste of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, kashmiri red chilli 1/4 tsp,red chilli powder 1/4 tsp, black pepper powder 1/4 tsp, cumin powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
2-3 potatoes
Whole night soaked black gram
Stir it around 5 to 7 min continuously
Add water 💦(1.5glass)
Garam masala
Let it cook for 4 whistles.
