BEST 5-MINUTE WARMUP WORKOUTS with Bands
Bands are the best tool to warm up your body using Primer Workouts.
Band Primer Workouts are short 5 to 7 Minute workouts designed to mobilize, activate and increase your body's core temperature.
Bands work best for Primer Workouts because
1 - They teach muscle how to start accelerating movement
2 - You can progressive increase rep speed
3 - Can do multiple exercises with 1 tool
4 - Bands are joint and tendon friendly
5 - Can quickly scale resistance up as you warm up
I have 4-Primer Workouts that hit different body regions for you to try over the next few weeks as you workout. I recommend doing 10 to 15 reps per exercise with a gradual increase in speed and resistance as you warm up. I typically cycle through a specific primer workout for 3 rounds.
