Chewy Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

1stick softened butter (I use salted)
1cup butter flavored crisco
2cups firmly packed light brown sugar
Cream together until light and fluffy
2 eggs + 1TBS vanilla extract
Mix until combined
4 TBS milk (I use almond milk)
Mix until combined
4cups all purpose flour + 2tsp salt and 11/2tsp baking soda
Add all dry ingredients to mixture and blend until combined
Add 1 12oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans optional
For best results refrigerate for at least 1 hour before baking. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 375 10 to 12 minutes for small cookies or 12 to 14 minutes for larger cookies like the ones pictured.
