Top political leaders put their differences aside Monday to bid farewell to fallen Nyeri governor Nderitu Gachugua at his Mathira home. President Uhuru Kenyatta was among hundreds of mourners who turned up for a final send of the late Gachagua the first governor in the country to die in office. But county politics followed the governor to his grave with 27 out members of the country assembly snubbing the funeral.
