If you wanna play GTA Battleroyale yourself, you'll have to own the original game and download the "Multitheftauto" mod, which is a multiplayer mod for GTA San Andreas. Then you just have to search for "BR" or "Battleroyale" and join a server! I'm too f0cken lazy to search for the links, so just type "Multitheftauto" into google, and you'll find it.
