Indonesia as an archipelago nation is one of the countries that is most impacted by climate change. Many major cities and development centers are located near the coastline. The concrete threats faced by Indonesia due to climate change are loss of income, threatened food security, loss of clean water sources and ecosystem degradation resulting in loss of biodiversity. The impact of climate change is now clearly felt and real in Indonesia.
One of the areas affected is the north coast of Java and is most at risk especially from rising sea level. This film showing the impact of climate change in Java's north coast and how the community’s efforts in facing the impacts of climate change.
