Spend the morning of Dec. 19, 2007 fishing for muskie in the spillway below the Lake Shelbyville dam with outdoor writer Jeff Lampe. Joining Lampe were Chef Todd, Washington residents Todd Clanin and Mike Cooper and Randy Kakara of Streator. The Shelbyville spillway is said to have the densest concentration of muskies of any water in Illinois.
