Susunia is located in the district of Bankura. Raja Chandrabarman took shelter in this hill when he was attacked by Raja/Samrat Samudragupta(son of Chandragupta 1) during 350-375 AD. This is bengal's only Inscript/Shilalipi. There is also a fountain called Bagher mukh. People Call this is sacred & Holy water.
