Daniel's Vision of the 1290 and 1335 days... is about to be fulfilled?!?

A possible fulfillment of Daniel's apocalyptic visions lands us in the middle of the End of Days:

"From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days." (Daniel 12:11-12)

The scenario: 1) The daily sacrifice is abolished. 2) The Abomination of Desolation follows 1,290 years later. 3) After the Abomination we must wait 1,335 more years for the blessing.

There is one semi-official account of the Ark being removed by the Prophet Jeremiah. It reads:
"The records show that it was the prophet Jeremiah who, .... prompted by a divine message ... gave orders that the Tent of Meeting and the ark should go with him. Then he went away to the mountain from the top of which Moses saw God's promised land (Mt. Nebo). When he reached the mountain, Jeremiah found a cave-dwelling; he carried the tent, the ark, and the incense-altar into it, then blocked up the entrance. Some of his companions came to mark out the way, but were unable to find it. When Jeremiah learnt of this he reprimanded them. "The place shall remain unknown", he said, "until God finally gathers his people together and shows mercy to them. The Lord will bring these things to light again, and the glory of the Lord will appear with the cloud, as it was seen both in the time of Moses and when Solomon prayed that the shrine might be worthily consecrated." (2 Maccabees 2:4-8)
This occurred shortly before Nebuchadnezzar's army conquered Jerusalem on March 15, 597 BC. Jeremiah removed the Ark of the Covenant, Tent of the Tabernacle, and Altar of Incense and put them in a cave on Mount Nebo, now in Jordan. Nebuchadnezzar had a very detailed account recorded when the Temple treasures were later removed to Babylon, and these three holy items were not among the loot."

Suppose each of Daniel's 1290 days and 1335 days are symbolic of that many years as in Ezekiel 4:6 - “I have assigned it to you for forty days, a day for each year.”

If Jeremiah removed the Altar of Incense shortly before Jerusalem fell to Nebuchadnezzar on March 15, 597, the daily sacrifice could not be performed, and was thus abolished due to advancing Babylonian armies. The 1290 years begins with the Jewish year March of 598 to April of 597 BC.

According to the Nebuchadnezzar Chronicle,[3] he laid siege to Jerusalem, which eventually fell on 2 Adar (March 16) 597 BC. The Chronicle states:
"In the seventh year [of Nebuchadnezzar, 598 BC] in the month Chislev [November/December] the king of Babylon assembled his army, and after he had invaded the land of Hatti (Syria/Palestine) he laid siege to the city of Judah. On the second day of the month of Adar [16 March] he conquered the city and took the king [Jeconiah] prisoner. He installed in his place a king [Zedekiah] of his own choice, and after he had received rich tribute, he sent forth to Babylon."
Jehoiakim died during the siege, possibly on 22 Marcheshvan (December 10) 598 BC, or during the months of Kislev, or Tevet. Nebuchadnezzar pillaged the city and its Temple.

Count forward 1290 years from 598 BC and we end in the Jewish year beginning in March of 692 AD. What happened on the Temple Mount about that time? Workmen had cleared the rubble from the Foundation Rock of Mount Moriah, the location of the Holy of Holies of Solomon’s Temple and the Second Temple. This is the place from which Muhammad is assumed to have ascended to Heaven on that so-called Night Journey.

The Dome of the Rock is a shrine located on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem. It was initially completed in 691 CE at the order of Umayyad Caliph Abd al-Malik.

Construction began on the Dome of the Rock, the Abomination of Desolation. The dedication inscription of the Dome of the Rock is 72 AH ("After Hijrah.” means “after emigration." The Islamic calendar starts from the day that Muhammad supposidely emigrated from the city of Makkah to the city of Madinah in 622 A.D.). This lunar year marked on the western calendar ran from June 4, 691 to May 30, 692. The exact day of the Dome’s dedication is unknown. The mid-range date, overlapping the 1,290 years for the Jews begins in March of 692.

So where do we end up 1,335 years later? In the religious Jewish year beginning April, 8, 2027.
