In 2015 a magnitude 7.6 earthquake in Nepal claimed the lives of 9 thousand people. Since then the government has been spending money through the national reconstruction authority to repair the affected areas. But as Nick Davies-Jones reports, there are accusations that not enough is being done to help some of the poorest Nepalese.
