Competitive Analysis is not the most exciting task in the world but it’s an absolute non-negotiable for brand-builders.
Your audience is already swamped with choice before you turn up with your new brand. If you’re gonna offer the same as everyone else, then you’re making their lives harder, not easier.
You need to understand the marketplace in order to find the gaps and position your brand differently from the rest.
