I love making my salads using Romaine lettuce, it's got a beautiful color and I like that it's crunchier than others and it has lots of vitamins. In this video I'll be using Romaine hearts which is just the inside of the big fluffy head of Romaine, but either one is good because it's just a matter of preference. I like to cut my Romaine lettuce using a knife, but you can tear it into pieces if you'd rather do that, I think cutting it is quicker and it works the same. I hope you give it a try. ❤️
