Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi said that Delhi Services Bill was passed after overturned the Supreme Court’s order and it will not be able to stand the scrutiny of the apex court again. “The way the government overturned the SC’s order will be discussed in the apex court of the nation. This proposal has been rejected before and it will happen again. They have made the elected government of Delhi powerless in an unconstitutional manner. This fight will be fought in the Supreme Court. I hope justice will prevail. It is an important bill and the Opposition was united for the same. The Centre is provoked by I.N.D.I.A. The bill will not stand scrutiny in the Supreme Court,” said Priyanka Chaturvedi while speaking to ANI on August 08.
