Whether you put your camera in auto or painstakingly set the white balance from a reference card, getting the white balance right is one of the fundamental aspects of making a good quality image. In this video, the first in a series, we’ll start looking at the white balancing capabilities and options found in Canon’s EOS R5 and it’s siblings (such as the #R3, #R6, #R6-2, #R8, #R7, #R50, & #EOSR).
Additionally, I’ll look into the auto white balance options and how it performs on the R5, to see how it handles situations inside and outside it’s designed range.
