Iconic Chicago blues guitarist Jody Williams reappeared on the scene in the 1990's after some thirty years of retirement. Williams appeared on countless classic sides by Billy Boy Arnold, Howlin' Wolf, Bo Diddley and too many others to list here. An early incarnation of the Mannish Boys, including Franck L. Goldwasser (gtr), Leon Blue (piano), Tom Leavey (bass guitar) and Lee Campbell were the backing band for his set at Portland's Waterfront Blues Festival in 2003.
