this test has 2 magnetic rotors and 1 stationary center magnet between them. All 3 magnets flux fields extend into each others. When turning 1 rotor, the center magnets attraction to the opposing rotor will hold that rotor in place , only slightly moving from the flux field from the rotor that is being manually moved.
