Rocco Commiso is the chairman and CEO of Mediacom Communications Corporation, a company he founded in his garage in 1995. He has since grown the company to the fifth largest cable television provider in the country with revenues in excess of 1.8 billion dollars; and today Mediacom is wholly owned by Mr. Commisso and his family.
