Syrians start returning to rebuilding their lives in former Islamic State-held town of Maskanah in Aleppo province, a month after the extremists were defeated in battles with the Syrian army. Maskanah is of strategic significance as it's only 10 km from the administrative borders of Raqqa province, where the de facto capital of IS is located.
