GATO AMARGO
- 30ml | 1oz Tequila Blanco
- 30ml | 1oz Amaro Montenegro
- 15ml | 0,5oz Freshly squeezed Lime or Lemon Juice
- 90ml | 3oz Fanta Orange
- 1 or 2 Fresh Strawberries - quartered
Muddle the strawberries at the bottom of your shaker. Add the Tequila, Amaro and lime juice. Add ice and shake well—double strain into an ice-filled glass and top up with the Fanta orange. Garnish with an orange wheel.
