For this classic Caribbean marinade you'll need...
1- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
6 scallions
bunch of parsley (about 1 cup)
bunch of thyme (about 25-30 sprigs)
15-20 cloves garlic
8 small bell peppers (traditionally Pimento peppers would be used)
15-20 leaves of shado beni (culantro)
2 shallots
