I am in South Florida. I planted a Native Sweet Acacia tree and within a week, a large iguana managed to break one of the branches! Normally, I would cut the broken branch off, but this branch being gone would have made the entire tree lopsided, so I decided to attempt a repair by placing wooden splints on either side of the branch and wrapping it
with rope...one year later, I am unwrapping the splint to see if I "set" the broken branch...it was dangling and hanging by a thread...this is the unveiling...was it a bust or a win???
