Not exactly philosophy (off the beaten path for my channel), but these timers improve my quality of life (for work, especially) and I think it is imperative that I share them with you. It is the morally right thing to do.
Timer set to a 7 minute intervals for 20 repetitions, beeping at the end of each cycle. Total of 2 hr and 20 min (20 sets x 7 minute = 140 minutes). Think egg timer or pomodoro timer.
Perfect for completing repetitive tasks on time. Beep reorients attention to keep in focus, and helps reduce day-dreaming and distractions. My recommendation: turn headphones/speakers up in general, turn this video up, but turn all other apps down. For example, if you have lo fi hip hop playing in one tab, make sure the sound on this video is higher, so the beeps are heard over the music.
Have an interval time you want but can't find? Message me and I'll see if I can make one. Personally, I often use intervals that aren't at the 5 min increment, so if you request an unusual integer that is my jam.
