3-4 tbs of tomato paste
2-3 scotch bonnet peppers
1-2 cups of cooking olive oil
2 large onions
1 medium size red onion
A Handful of spring onions

1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs Aniseed
1 tbs dried rosemary
3-4 dried bay leaves

2 calabash nutmeg
2 thumb size ginger
5 cloves of garlic
Quarter size chopped red and yellow bell peppers
