The recipe of exquisite Tunisian Tajine with Tuna!
Tunisian Tajine is an egg-based salty cake that can be served either hot or cold.

Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
120 gr of tuna
120 gr of grated cheese
100 gr of parsley
6 eggs
70 gr of olives
2 tablespoons of breads crumbs
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1. Boil 2 potatoes and let them cool.
Chop them into small cubes and set apart.
2. Chop parsley.
3. Chop olives
4. In an empty bowl put tuna, cheese, parsley, potatoes, chopped olives, then add eggs, yeast and bread crumbs.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Grease a baking pan, then pour the mixture.
7. Bake at 180ºC for 20-25 min.
